This program, centered on business management and economic development, has garnered praise from Mrs. Toyin Balogun, the Commissioner for Women Affairs and Social Inclusion in Oyo State.

The Plan W initiative provides participants with a comprehensive package comprising capability-building workshops, essential trade assets, seed capital, and continuous mentorship. Adebayo Alli, the Managing Director of Guinness Nigeria, emphasized the initiative's significant impact, stating, "Since 2019, we have empowered 1,150 women across Nigeria. Our vision is ambitious, our aspirations lofty, and our dedication resolute." He also announced the company's goal to reach a total of 1,400 women by the second quarter of 2024, including an additional 250 women in Lagos State.
