International Scholarships: The board successfully secured 1,001 postgraduate scholarships for Master’s degree programs, with recipients set to study in India and Uganda. This initiative aims to broaden the academic horizons of Kano State’s students on a global scale.

Support for Bilingual Students: Payment of registration fees for Level 300 bilingual students has been facilitated, ensuring that these students can continue their education without financial barriers.

Kwankwasiyya Scholars: The board also covered registration fees for junior Kwankwasiyya scholars studying at Zinder University, Niger Republic, further supporting the educational aspirations of Kano State’s students abroad.

Law School Support: In a substantial move, the board paid registration fees and bursary allowances totaling ₦526,000 for law students admitted to six campuses of the Nigerian Law School for the 2023/2024 session.

The institutions include Bells University Otta, Igbinidion University Okada, Crescent University Abeokuta, Alkalam University Katsina, and American University Afti, Yola, Adamawa State.

Palliative Scholarships: The Scholarships Board provided palliative support to Kano State indigenes studying across various universities, colleges, and higher institutions in Nigeria.
