Imo State University, Owerri (IMSU) has outlined the admission requirements for prospective students seeking admission into various undergraduate programs for the 2024/2025 academic session. To be eligible for admission into IMSU, candidates must meet the following requirements:
1. Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (SSCE/GCE) Requirements:
- Applicants must have a minimum of five credit passes in relevant subjects at the Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (SSCE/GCE) or its equivalent.
- These credits must be obtained in not more than two sittings.
2. UTME Requirements:
- Candidates are required to sit for the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) and attain the IMSU cut-off mark as stipulated by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).
- The specific cut-off marks vary each year and for different courses offered at IMSU.

3. Post-UTME Screening:
