Kano State Governor Abba Kabir Yusuf Approves ₦20 Million for Renovation of ATBU Hostel

The Executive Governor of Kano State, His Excellency Abba Kabir Yusuf, has approved ₦20 million for the comprehensive renovation of Kano House, a student hostel at Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University (ATBU) Bauchi.

The approval follows a formal appeal by Comrade Usman Kabir, President of the National Association of Kano State Students (NAKSS), during his Sallah homage at Government House.

The renovation aims to improve the living conditions of Kano State students residing at the hostel. The governor's directive to the Ministry of Works to conduct an inventory and initiate refurbishment without delay underscores his commitment to enhancing student welfare.

NAKSS has expressed gratitude to the governor and the Ministry of Works for this significant development, which is part of the association's efforts to improve student welfare. The renovation is expected to benefit current and future generations of Kano State students at ATBU Bauchi.
