Kebbi State Governor Empowers FUBK Graduate with Special Needs, Presents Motorcycle and Job Offer
Abdulhakim, who previously relied on a wheelchair for mobility, is pursuing a degree in Education.

Kebbi State Governor, Dr. Nasir Idris (Kauran Gwandu), has demonstrated compassion by presenting a brand-new motorcycle to Abdulhakim Abubakar Suru, a student with special needs, during the maiden convocation of the Federal University Birnin Kebbi (FUBK).
Abdulhakim, who previously relied on a wheelchair for mobility, is pursuing a degree in Education. In addition to this generous gesture, the Kebbi State Government has pledged to employ him as a teacher in recognition of his qualifications, as he holds a National Certificate in Education (NCE).
The Special Adviser on Special Duties to the Governor, Alhaji Shafi'u Abubakar Zauro, emphasized Governor Idris's acknowledgment that "there is ability in disability," highlighting the government's commitment to inclusivity and support for individuals with special needs.
