KHAIRUN Inaugurates High-Powered Committee Ahead of NUC License Revalidation
Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University, Kano (KHAIRUN) has inaugurated a high-powered committee to prepare for the National Universities Commission (NUC) revalidation of its operational license.

The Pro-Chancellor of Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University, Kano (KHAIRUN), Professor Kabiru Isyaku, MON, FNAE, has inaugurated a high-powered committee in preparation for the upcoming revalidation visit by the National Universities Commission (NUC). The inauguration took place on March 17, 2025, as part of efforts to ensure the university meets all requirements for the renewal of its operational license.
During the meeting, several committees were constituted, comprising Deans, Heads of Departments (HODs), and Directors/Heads of Units. These committees have been assigned specific roles to guarantee compliance with the NUC’s stringent review standards.
Professor Isyaku underscored the significance of the review process, urging committee members to work diligently towards a successful outcome. He emphasized that the revalidation exercise is crucial in reaffirming KHAIRUN’s commitment to academic excellence and continuous improvement.
With these committees in place, Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University is poised to demonstrate its dedication to providing a world-class educational experience.
