Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University Hosts Courtesy Visit from Yusuf Maitama Sule University Kano Students
The visit aimed to foster a stronger partnership between the association and KHAIRUN and to seek support for ongoing student projects.

Khalifa Isyaku Rabiu University (KHAIRUN) on Wednesday, October 2, 2024, welcomed a delegation from the National Association of Kano State Students (NAKSS), Yusuf Maitama Sule University Kano (YUMSUK) Chapter. The visit aimed to foster a stronger partnership between the association and KHAIRUN and to seek support for ongoing student projects.
The students also extended an invitation to KHAIRUN’s management and students to attend their upcoming cultural day event, which will mark YUMSUK's 12th anniversary.
Responding to the delegation, KHAIRUN’s Vice-Chancellor, Prof. Abdulrashid Garba, expressed delight at the visit and assured the students of active participation from KHAIRUN during the celebration. He highlighted the strong ties between the two universities and affirmed KHAIRUN's readiness to support the students, both institutionally and individually.
The visit emphasized both universities' commitment to collaboration and community engagement for student and academic development.
