The Matriculation Ceremony for the fresh Undergraduate students is scheduled to hold on Thursday, 7th March, 20:24 at the Convocation Arena by 9:00 am. In view of the above, all Matriculants are required to

1. Participate in the rehearsals for the Matriculation Ceremony coming up on Wednesday, 6 March, 2024 by 4:00pm at the Convocation Arena.

2. Collect copies of Matriculation Oath Form at the Research & Innovation Hall, behind University Store from Monday, 4th to Wednesday, 6th March, 2024 from 9:00am-4:00pm daily

3. Collect Academic Gown from your Faculty representative on payment of the sum of five hundred naira (N500) only to the Bursary staff at the Research & Innovation Hall. The Academic Gown must be returned on or before Monday, 11th March, 2024 during working hours. Failure to retum the Academic Gown on the stipulated date will attract a fine of five hundred naira (N500) only.

4. Assemble at the Convocation Arena for the actual Matriculation Ceremony on Thursday, 7th March, 2024 at 8:30am along with your Matriculation Gowns and Oath Forms

5. Matriculants must be dressed in their gown to gain entrance into the Convocation Arena.

6. Maintain absolute silence and remain calm during the conduct of the Ceremony Thursday, 7 March, 2024 has been declared Lecture free period for all UG I & UG II students from 8:00am-2:00pm
