Ladoke Akintola University of Technology Releases Amended Academic Calendar for 2025/2026 Harmattan Semester

The Ladoke Akintola University of Technology (LAUTECH), Ogbomoso, has released its amended academic calendar for the 2025/2026 Harmattan semester.

The schedule, approved by Vice Chancellor Prof. R. O. R. Kalilu on behalf of Senate, outlines key dates for students, staff, and parents, including resumption, registration, lectures, tests, exams, and breaks.

According to the calendar, the Harmattan semester commenced with the resumption of fresh students on October 6, 2025, followed by returning students on October 13, 2025. Lectures are set to begin on October 27, 2025, with registration deadlines and other important dates clearly outlined.

Notable events in the calendar include a mid-semester Continuous Assessment test by Computer-Based Testing (CBT) from December 1-6, 2025, Christmas and New Year break from December 23, 2025, to January 2, 2026, and the commencement of Harmattan semester examinations on January 19, 2026. The semester is scheduled to end on February 14, 2026, followed by a semester break for students.
