Lagos State Governor Rewards LASU Best Graduating Student with N10 million

Lagos State Governor, Babajide Sanwo-Olu, has gifted N10 million to Miss Isioma Sybil Nwosu, the overall best graduating student of Lagos State University (LASU) for the 2023/2024 academic session. Nwosu, a Biochemistry student, graduated with an impressive CGPA of 4.93.

The announcement was made during LASU's 28th Convocation Ceremony, where Governor Sanwo-Olu was represented by his deputy, Dr. Obafemi Hamzat. The governor praised Nwosu's hard work and encouraged other students to follow her example .

The convocation ceremony also saw the awarding of honorary doctorates and distinguished titles to notable individuals.
