Minister of State for Police Affairs Promises Support for Nasarawa State University

The Minister of State for Police Affairs, Honorable Imaan Suleiman-Ibrahim, has pledged to secure support from prominent organizations for Nasarawa State University, Keffi, to enhance its standing and competitiveness both nationally and globally. 

The Minister made this commitment during a courtesy visit from the Vice-Chancellor of Nasarawa State University, Professor Sa'adatu Hassan Liman, on Tuesday, August 27, 2024, in Abuja. Honorable Imaan expressed her willingness to facilitate collaborations, internship placements, and scholarships for the university, highlighting her confidence in Professor Sa'adatu's capabilities as the institution's first female Vice-Chancellor.

The visit concluded with the exchange of souvenirs between the Minister and the Vice-Chancellor, with Professor Sa'adatu’s delegation including the Deputy Vice-Chancellor Administration, Professor Theophilus Daniel Lagi, University Registrar Dr. Bala Isyaka Ahmed II, University Librarian Dr. Aliyu Abdulkadir, and SSA to the Vice-Chancellor, Mallam Auwalu Suleiman.
