The National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) recently held a significant seminar focused on promoting mental resilience in today’s challenging environment. Organized by the University Clinic, the event took place both physically and virtually, with the in-person segment held at the Media Building Theatre Hall at NOUN’s headquarters in Abuja.
