Students who paid school fees before their loan was disbursed and have yet to receive refunds or acknowledgment from their institutions are encouraged to fill out the form. The initiative aims to gather data and provide evidence to relevant bodies, including NELFUND and anti-corruption agencies, to ensure fair treatment of beneficiaries and prompt resolution of the issue.
