The Gulak Community Study Centre of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN), Adamawa State, has embarked on an advocacy visit to the Union Bank of Nigeria office in Mubi town, Mubi Local Government Area.

During the visit, Mrs. Magaret Yamtu, Acting Director of the centre, introduced the various programs offered by NOUN and highlighted the flexible nature of the Open and Distance Learning (ODL) system. She encouraged the bank's personnel to leverage the cost-effective learning opportunities available to enhance their academic qualifications.

In response, Mr. Musa Hassan, the Branch Manager of Union Bank, expressed enthusiasm for the initiative and approved the immediate enrollment of four staff members from the branch. He thanked Mrs. Yamtu and her advocacy team for the visit and committed to partnering with the university to promote further enrollment among his staff.
