Mrs. Margaret Boro, Director and Nodal Officer of SERVICOM, delivered a compelling address during a recent meeting held at the headquarters of the National Open University of Nigeria (NOUN) in Abuja. The meeting, attended by university officials and stakeholders, focused on prioritizing student satisfaction and enhancing the handling of service-related reports within the institution.

In her remarks, Mrs. Boro emphasized the important role that students play in the university's ecosystem, describing them as "our special customers" without whom the university's mission cannot thrive. She emphasized the importance of treating students with respect and ensuring their needs are promptly addressed.

"Without our students, we have no work. You cannot say you are working in Open University when we don’t have students. They are our special customers, and they should be treated right," Mrs. Boro remarked passionately.
