NSUK Campus Experiences Power Outage Due to Circuit Breaker Malfunction

The Nasarawa State University (NSUK) campus has been affected by a power outage due to a malfunctioning circuit breaker, resulting in a blackout for several days.

According to a statement from the university management, the Abuja Electricity Distribution Company (AEDC) has been notified, and repairs were underway on Monday, May 13, 2024. However, heavy rains stalled the completion of the repair works.

The university management has apologized for the inconvenience caused by the power outage, which has impacted the socio-economic activities of students and neighboring communities. Efforts are being made to restore power supply as soon as possible.
