IMAP Urges New Students to Register Promptly for Access to NELFUND
Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic Lafia urges newly admitted students to pay school fees and register promptly to access the Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND) for interest-free loans.
Isa Mustapha Agwai I Polytechnic Lafia has urged newly admitted students to pay their school fees promptly and complete their registration to access the Federal Government’s Nigerian Education Loan Fund (NELFUND). The NELFUND initiative provides interest-free loans to eligible Nigerian students to help overcome financial barriers to education.
In a release signed by the Registrar of the Polytechnic, Zamani Habu Ibrahim, the registration is necessary for students who wish to apply for the loan. “The registration will enable interested students to access the NELFUND portal and apply appropriately,” the statement said.
The Polytechnic also recently announced that students who previously applied for NELFUND and had been shortlisted should proceed to the Students Affairs Division to access the loan.
Comrade J.J. Mutuwa, the SUG President of IMAP, further encouraged students to register early to take full advantage of the government’s educational support.
