According to reports, Adedini completed her final National Diploma examination in July 2023, yet her results and projects remain withheld by Adeolu, the department head.

Adedini alleges that Adeolu's refusal to clear her final year project appears to be a tactic to prolong her stay in school, despite having paid him a total sum of N46,500 for project assistance and result processing.

Speaking on her ordeal, Adedini stated, "He (Adeolu) has refused to release my results and projects, claiming that he will continue to withhold them due to the school management's salary arrears. Even though the school authorities have intervened, he remains adamant."

Adedini further revealed the breakdown of payments made to Adeolu, stating, "The first time he collected N35,000, later in February 2024, he demanded another N5,000, and then N6,500 for result collec tions. In total, he collected N46,500 from me."

In response to the allegations, Adeolu denied responsibility for the delay in releasing Adedini's results, asserting that she should seek clarification from the management regarding any issues. He defended the fees collected, stating that they were for project supervision services rendered.

Adeolu stated, "She is supposed to see the management to find out what the issues are. Even if I handed over what I have with me to her, I could receive a query. She should meet the management and not me."

Efforts to reach the polytechnic's Rector, identified as Siyanbola, for comment were unsuccessful, as he was reported to be in a meeting. Subsequent attempts to contact him proved futile due to poor network coverage.
