In view of all forms of unethical behaviors and despicable indecencies displayed by students in attempts to celebrate the end of their final examination in what is popularly tagged "Signing out"; I am directed by the Ag. Dean. Students' Affairs to inform all final year students of the Management's zero tolerance and total ban on all forms of unethical behaviours, musical disturbance such as staging loud speakers at the department/faculty, car/vehicle movement conveying indecently dressed students, money spraying with resultant scrambling for these sprayed monies by students or other act that can put the image of the Institute into disrepute.
