Oluwatosin Akinrinlade, a determined young woman, has achieved a remarkable milestone by earning her master's degree in Human Resources and Organization from the Rome Business School in Italy. Her journey was characterized by the challenge of juggling a full-time job alongside her academic pursuits, all while adapting to a new country and learning a new language.

In her post, she reflected on the determination that fueled her journey: "In 2021, I promised myself I was going to have my Master’s degree in 2023, and I’m so happy that I got to fulfill that promise. Studying for my Master’s, alongside a full-time job, while settling into a new country and learning a new language wasn’t an easy feat, but I did it."
Her professional journey commenced in 2020 when she began her career as a Human Resources personnel. In just two years, she accomplished the remarkable feat of passing seven different examinations and obtaining the Chartered Human Resources Professional certificate.
