Not only did she graduate, but she also earned seven prestigious awards, establishing herself as the overall best-graduating student at the institution.

"I want to be seen as that imperfect 23-year-old from a broken home with a lot of emotional scars and beyond-age experience, but a resilient heart. I choose to put in the work regardless," she affirmed.

Facing financial uncertainties a year ago, with no job or financial support, Selawoe embarked on her master's program with determination. She spoke about the leap of faith she took, emphasizing sacrifice and prioritizing education even in the absence of clear financial means.

"Those bridges were the hardest to cross because that’s where the principle of sacrifice and priority comes to play," she noted.
