Guest Speakers: The conference featured notable speakers including Prof. Stephen Ikani Ocheni, former Minister of State for Labour and Employment, who delivered the keynote address. The lead paper was presented by Prof. Sam Egwu, INEC Resident Electoral Commissioner for Benue State. The Chairman of the occasion, Senator Titus Zam, was represented by Prof. Patrick Ukase.
