Polish Ambassador Hails NSUK as Flagship Institution

The Polish Ambassador to Nigeria, Her Excellency Ambassador Joanna Tarnawski, has praised the partnership between the Polish Embassy and Nasarawa State University, Keffi (NSUK), as a model for other universities to emulate.

During a meeting with the NSUK Vice-Chancellor, Professor Sa'adatu Hassan Liman, at her Abuja residence, Ambassador Tarnawski commended the signing of significant Memoranda of Understanding with renowned Polish universities, resulting in scholar exchanges and staff and student exchanges between the two countries.

She highlighted the visit of Professor Brunon Holyst, who delivered the 7th Convocation lecture, as an example of the successful collaboration. The Ambassador praised the efforts of Dr. K'tso Ngharbu, Director of Linkages and International Cooperation, in fostering the Polish-NSUK relationship.

The Vice-Chancellor expressed gratitude for the longstanding partnership and pledged to sustain it. She thanked the Polish Embassy for supporting the Brunon Holyst Institute for European Studies and acknowledged the significance of Polish universities as partners.
