The University of Medical Sciences, Ondo, will hold its 5th Inaugural Lecture on Tuesday, September 10th, 2024. The lecture, titled “Myriad of Pain and Disability: The Therapeutic Effects of the Fingers and the Needle-Free Injection”, will be delivered by Prof. Ayodele Teslim Onigbinde, the Dean of the Faculty of Medical Rehabilitation.
Prof. Onigbinde, a distinguished expert in Orthopaedic Rehabilitation and Pharmacophysiotherapy, will offer insights into innovative therapeutic techniques, focusing on the use of the hands in pain management and the benefits of needle-free injections in medical treatments.
The event will take place at 11:00 AM at the TETFUND Lecture Theatre, Laje Campus, and will be chaired by the Vice-Chancellor of the university, Prof. Adesegun Olayiwola Fatusi. The lecture is expected to attract professionals, academics, and students in the medical field.
