Ronke Akanbi, an SS3 student at Egbado College in Ilaro, has clinched the National 1500m title at the Nigerian Olympic trials held in Benin.

 The young athlete displayed exceptional skills and determination as she crossed the finish line with a blazing time of 4:19.49. This feat not only secured her victory but also earned her the title of the second fastest Nigerian woman to ever run the 1500m distance.
