- Applicants must possess five (5) O’Level credits, including English Language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry, and Physics, obtained in no more than two sittings.
- Candidates must hold a valid Community Nursing or Community Midwifery License.
- Application Deadline: Sales of forms will close on Friday, 4th October 2024.
- Entrance Examination:The entrance exam is scheduled for Saturday, 5th October 2024.
