President Bola Ahmed Tinubu has assured members of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) of enhanced welfare to mitigate frequent strike actions. Speaking at the combined convocation of Abubakar Tafawa Balewa University Bauchi (ATBU) in Bauchi, Tinubu, represented by Ochodo James from the Federal Ministry of Education, pledged to address the underlying causes of strike actions impacting Nigerian universities.
