Two high school teachers in the US state of Wisconsin were forced to resign after district officials found out they’d been trying to seduce one of their students by offering him a foursome, with one of the teacher even sending scantily-clad photos to his Snapchat account.
Alexsia Saldaris,a first-year teacher, and Jennifer Larson, a teacher of 11 years, vacated their positions in April following an investigation by Joseph Craig High School authorities in Janesville that uncovered the unsuitable messages. Both teachers allegedly confessed to sending inappropriate Snapchat messages to the unidentified male student, whose age remains undisclosed.

Ms. Saldaris admitted to sending provocative images, and Ms. Larson confessed to sending messages about “cuddling, flirting, and the implication of alcohol”. The alleged misconduct took place during a school trip from April 7 to 9. During this time, both teachers reportedly sent the student messages expressing their desire to “cuddle” and “have fun” with him, and even suggested the inclusion of another student.
Further reports revealed that in the same incident, Ms. Saldaris reportedly handed over the keys to a district van to the student, allowing him to take a spin around the parking lot. While changing her shoes in the back of the vehicle, she and the student shared “a half kiss”. On April 9, Ms. Saldaris is also said to have sent the teenager five photos of herself in lingerie. Additional texts indicated plans for a weekend meeting, although no further events transpired in the subsequent days.

The following day, Ms. Larson reported Ms. Saldaris to the administration for permitting the student to drive the van. That same morning, Ms. Saldaris texted the student, stating that their relationship needed to conclude, a sentiment to which he concurred, as reported by WMTV 15.
On April 11, the same administrator who received Ms. Larson’s complaint received another report from a teacher about a group of boys laughing at pictures on a phone. The administrator stated they were “95 per cent sure” that the photos the students were ogling were those of Ms. Saldaris in her underwear. Both teachers were placed on administrative leave by the district.

Ten days later, the school board accepted their resignations. It was also reported that Ms. Larson, who also served as the school adviser for the Wisconsin DCEA, a program for future leaders and entrepreneurs, admitted to telling a male student that the girl he was dating wasn’t “good enough” for him.
The Janesville Police Department is currently conducting its own investigation to determine if the teachers violated any laws and should face criminal charges.
