UDUSOK Graduate, Ajibike Abdulbasit Abiodun, Sets Academic Record with 4.76 CGPA

Ajibike Abdulbasit Abiodun, a recent graduate of the Usmanu Danfodiyo University, Sokoto (UDUSOK), has made history by graduating with an impressive Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) of 4.76.
Abiodun, who studied Agriculture, defied the odds and proved his doubters wrong by achieving academic excellence despite facing numerous challenges, including financial struggles and cultural adjustments.
His academic journey was marked by determination and hard work, as he adopted unconventional study habits, including midnight studies and "Total Darkness Binge" sessions. His efforts paid off, as he remained the top student in his class for three consecutive years.
Abiodun's academic excellence earned him two prestigious scholarships: the Federal Scholarship Board National Award (2022) and the Indorama Eleme Fertilizer Annual Undergraduate Excellence Award (2023).
Beyond his academic achievements, Abiodun demonstrated leadership skills and a commitment to impact. He served as the Chairman of the Employability Skills Workshop, JCIN UDUS, and convened the University Scholars' Forum, a network of high-achieving students.
Abiodun's advocacy efforts led to improvements in the university's transcript application process, and he was recognized as one of the 20 Most Influential Graduating Students of UDUS (2023/2024 Academic Session).
