UI @75: Lecture Series to Spotlight Governance Through Collaboration
University of Ibadan is set to host a lecture titled "Governance in Partnership: The Essential Collaboration Between Civil Service, Political Leadership, and Academia."

The University of Ibadan is set to host a lecture titled "Governance in Partnership: The Essential Collaboration Between Civil Service, Political Leadership, and Academia." The event will take place on Wednesday, October 23, 2024, at 5:00 PM in Trenchard Hall, University of Ibadan.
The keynote speaker for the event will be Mrs. Didi Esther Walson-Jack, OON, mni, who serves as the Head of the Civil Service of the Federation. Mrs. Walson-Jack will provide insights on the importance of collaboration among civil service, political leaders, and academic institutions in fostering effective governance.
The lecture will be hosted by the Vice-Chancellor of the University of Ibadan, Professor Kayode O. Adebowale, mni, FAS, fspsp, who will lead the academic community and other stakeholders in welcoming the distinguished guest and engaging in discussions about enhancing governance in Nigeria through multi-sector partnerships.
The event is expected to attract thought leaders, academics, civil servants, and students, all eager to explore how strategic collaboration can drive progress in Nigeria’s governance framework.
