During the seminar's commencement, Prof. Insa Nolte from the University of Birmingham emphasized the importance of this training for early career scholars due to the complexities involved in proposal writing. Prof. Nolte remarked, “We want to encourage people to take opportunities. We are supporting and encouraging them today. They should make the best of the opportunities they have.”
Prof. Sola Akinrinade, the pioneer Vice Chancellor of UNIOSUN, advised the participants to avoid using fictitious data in their research. He highlighted the severe consequences of such practices, stressing the importance of maintaining integrity in academic research.
