Umaru Musa Yar'adua University Extends Post-UTME/DE Registration Deadline for 2024/2025 Academic Session

The Vice Chancellor of Umaru Musa Yar'adua University, Professor Shehu Salihu Muhammad, has approved the extension of the Post-UTME/DE registration deadline for the 2024/2025 academic session .

Initially set to end on September 13, 2024, the new deadline is now September 26, 2024 ¹ ². This extension provides prospective students with additional time to complete their registration.

Registration Requirements and Details

To register, candidates must visit the university's website and provide necessary documents, including:

- _JAMB Result Slip_ for UTME candidates

- _JAMB Registration Slip_ for DE candidates

- _O' Level Result(s)_

- _Form of identification_ (such as Indigene Letter, National Identification Card, International Passport, etc.)

- _DE candidates' 'A' Level Result_ (Diploma, IJMB, NCE, etc.) 

The registration fee is N2,000.00, and candidates are advised to check the university's website for information and updates on the test/screening .

Candidates applying through UTME must have scored the minimum cut-off mark required for their chosen programme .

Only those who meet these requirements are eligible to register. DE candidates will undergo online screening through their application submissions and do not need to appear physically  .
