The Vice-Chancellor of the University of Calabar, Professor Florence Obi, has suspended a student, Godwin Clement, for allegedly molesting a fellow student during a departmental dinner and award night. The incident occurred at Atekong Drive in Calabar.
Godwin Clement, a student of Physiotherapy in the Faculty of Allied Medical Sciences, has been suspended from his studies pending further investigation into the allegations.
The university is expected to take further disciplinary actions based on the outcome of the investigation.
