The University of Calabar (UNICAL) is proud to announce its 125th Inaugural Lecture, which will take place on June 26, 2024, at 3:00 pm (prompt) in the UNICAL International Conference Centre.

Lecture Title

The lecture, titled “In Matters of the Heart, All Hearts Matter. ‘Cardiac Dropsy’ (Heart Failure) on the Prowl: A Wake-Up Call to Maintain Cardiovascular Health,” will be delivered by Professor Victor Okon Ansa. Professor Ansa is a renowned scholar and Consultant Cardiologist in the Department of Internal Medicine at the University of Calabar.
