UNILAG MET & MAT Engineering Department to Host Town-Meets-Gown Event
The Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) will hold a Town-meets-Gown event on August 5, 2024, at 10:00 a.m.

The Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) is set to host a Town-meets-Gown event titled "Meet Our Alumnus: Research Navigation and Post Graduation Expectations" on Monday, August 5, 2024. The event will begin at 10:00 a.m. at the Prof. Rahman Adisa Bello Auditorium, Faculty of Engineering, Akoka.

The highlight of the event will be a keynote presentation by Dr. Babatunde Agboola, an esteemed alumnus of the department. Dr. Agboola is currently a Principal Engineer at Lunar Mobility and the Founder of Five-Minute Project Presentation (5MP).
The University community and the general public are warmly invited to attend this insightful session, aimed at bridging the gap between academic learning and real-world applications.
