UNILORIN Recognizes Faculty for Research Excellence and Offers Cash Rewards

UNILORIN faculty are leading the way in research excellence! 31 staff members were recognised for publishing groundbreaking research as lead authors in top-tier journals (Q1) between October 2020 and October 2023.

The Vice Chancellor, Professor Wahab Egbewole, SAN, announced cash rewards to celebrate their achievements. Each publication in a First Quartile Journal from October 2020 to October 2023 will receive a cash reward of ₦50,000!

The announcement was made penultimate Friday (April 12, 2024), during a special gathering held at the Council Chambers to celebrate these esteemed individuals.
