Osun State University (UNIOSUN) has officially announced the commencement of its Inter-University Transfer Form sales for the 2024/2025 academic session. This opportunity is available for prospective students wishing to transfer their studies to the university.
Interested candidates are required to visit the official university website at uniosun.edu.ng or the admissions portal at admissions.uniosun.edu.ng to complete and submit their applications. It is essential that applicants provide accurate information, as all details will be thoroughly verified. Additionally, candidates must forward their academic transcripts to the Registrar of Osun State University.
To complete the application process, candidates should register online via the university's website, where they will fill out and submit an application form. After submission, it is necessary to print two copies of the completed form.
Eligibility Criteria for Transfer
For the 2024/2025 academic session, UNIOSUN will not accept transfer applications into specific programs, including Law (LLB), Common and Islamic Law (LLB), Nursing (B.N.Sc.), and M.B.B.S. Candidates must currently be students at their present university, and those whose studentship has lapsed will not be considered for transfer.
Transferees must apply to transfer into the same course or any other course, provided they meet the necessary requirements. A minimum cumulative grade point average (CGPA) of 2.5/5.00 from the previous institution is required, along with compliance with the university's entry and specific program requirements. This includes possessing the minimum O' Level qualifications and ensuring the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) score meets or exceeds the university's cut-off for the relevant course.
Candidates previously expelled or withdrawn from other universities due to academic or disciplinary issues will not be eligible for transfer. Furthermore, applicants must ensure their academic transcripts are sent directly from the Academic Affairs Unit of their former universities, as student copies will not be accepted. A sworn Court Affidavit regarding criminal and disciplinary status at the current university is also mandatory.
Transferees will only be admitted to 200 Level for four-year courses and to 300 Level for courses with durations longer than four years, contingent on space availability.

Candidates can access the registration portal through the UNIOSUN Post UTME website. Registration guidelines and instructions should be carefully reviewed before proceeding.
