Despite holding a Bachelor's Degree in Islamic Banking and Finance from Universiti Malaysia Kelantan (UMK), Tanah Merah has chosen an unconventional career path by becoming a successful tipper lorry driver. Embracing entrepreneurship, she established her own company and has been driving her own lorry since March.

In her own words, Tanah Merah shared, "I leave the house early in the morning and I go to the site to get the earth which is to be transported to the designated site or area." She acknowledged the challenges of competing in a male-dominated domain but emphasized the importance of women being independent and pursuing careers based on their interests.
