The University of Ilorin announces the commencement of applications for admission into its School of Preliminary Studies (SPS) for the 2024/2025 academic session. Prospective students can gain assured admission into 100 Level for various courses across faculties including Agriculture, Arts, Education, Engineering, Environmental Sciences, Life Sciences, Physical Sciences, and Social Sciences, excluding MB;BS and Law.

Lectures are scheduled to commence on Monday, October 21st, 2024. Successful candidates will be automatically considered for admission into 100 Level, with SPS results valid for two consecutive sessions' admission processes. Candidates with three O' level credit passes can also apply, provided any deficiencies are rectified before admission into 100 Level. Additionally, all applicants must write the UTME/JAMB examination and meet the minimum university cutoff mark.
