University of Maiduguri Requests Submission of Admission Requirements

The University of Maiduguri has requested Provosts and Deans to submit comprehensive requirements for admission into all programs in their respective colleges and faculties.

This request was made during the 82nd meeting of the Admissions Committee held on July 17, 2025.

The submission should include detailed requirements for admission, including:

- 'O' Level Requirements

- UTME Requirements

- 'A' Level Requirements, including UNIMAID and IJMB Requirements

- Requirements for Ex-Remedial Placement

- Quotas for UTME, DE, and IJMB

All submissions are expected to reach the Deputy Registrar (Admissions) on or before July 23, 2025. The Registrar, Ahmad A. Lawan, has emphasized the importance of meeting the deadline for further consideration .
