University of Maiduguri Standardizes Use of Logo

The University of Maiduguri Management has issued a directive to all staff, students, and members of the University Community regarding the use of the University Logo.

The Management has noted with concern the arbitrary use of different types of the University Logo on publications and other sundry items.

To maintain consistency and protect the institution's brand, the University Management has emphasized the need to adopt and consistently use the original logo as captured by the University of Maiduguri statute in all official and public communications, both digital and print.

All faculties, departments, directorates, research centers, student bodies, and affiliated institutions of the University are hereby requested to use the original logo, which represents the identity, heritage, and integrity of the institution. The use of all previous unofficial or modified versions of the University logo has been discontinued.

The original logo is available for download from the University website or can be obtained from the Directorate of Media and Information upon request. This move aims to ensure the consistent representation of the University's brand and protect its intellectual property rights.
