UNIZIK Issues Guidelines 2025-2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry Screening Registration

The management of Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka, has released official guidelines for the 2025/2026 Post-UTME and Direct Entry screening exercise, detailing the step-by-step registration process, eligibility instructions, and important dates for prospective candidates.

According to the university, the registration portal is now open, and all eligible UTME and Direct Entry candidates are expected to complete the process on or before the deadline of Friday, August 16, 2025.

Registration Procedure

1. Visit the UNIZIK application portal: apply.unizik.edu.ng.
2. Create an application account:
   • Validate your JAMB Registration Number.
   • Provide your Local Government Area and UTME subject combination, then click Submit Change.
3. Update your profile with:
   • A valid email address
   • Phone number
   • Date of birth
   • Password
     Then click Update Profile.
4. Check your email for a verification code. Enter the code, click Verify, and proceed to sign in.
5. Log in using your JAMB number or email and your chosen password.

After Logging In

• Click O’Level to upload your result(s).
• Click Buy Form and pay the ₦2,000 screening fee either online via debit card or by printing payment details and paying at the bank.
• After payment, return to the portal and click Submit Form to complete the application.
• A confirmation email will be sent to acknowledge successful submission.

Important Information

• O’Level results can be edited during the registration period. After the deadline, the portal will be locked.
• Candidates with incorrect UTME subject combinations will be shown a list of eligible course options. Such candidates must visit a JAMB-accredited CBT centre to change their course to reflect the new choice before completing the screening registration.
