The Vice-Chancellor of Nnamdi Azikiwe University (UNIZIK), Awka, Prof. Ugochukwu Stanley Bond Anyaehie, officially commissioned Ugokings Oil & Gas at Amansea, Awka North, in a ceremony that brought together community stakeholders and well-wishers.

The newly launched facility is positioned to boost local economic development and create employment opportunities for the surrounding community. Prof. Bond Anyaehie praised the CEO, Mr. Igboka Kingsley Ugonna, for his entrepreneurial vision and highlighted the importance of private sector initiatives in driving community growth and youth empowerment.

In his remarks, Mr. Ugonna emphasized that the company aims to employ 10 UNIZIK students as part-time staff, particularly for night shifts, providing them with competitive salaries and practical work experience alongside their academic studies.
