To secure admission to Bauchi State University, Gadau (BASUG), aspiring candidates must fulfill the following general requirements:

Obtain at least five credit passes in O'level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics, in not more than two sittings.

UTME Score:

Attain a minimum score of 160 in the Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME) conducted by the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB).

Specific Faculty and Course Requirements:

Faculty of Arts and Education:

Credit pass in Literature in English for courses such as English, History, Islamic Studies, and Arabic.

Faculty of Law:

Credit pass in Literature in English and any other three arts or social science subjects.

Faculty of Science:
