According to an internal memo issued by the Directorate of Registration and Examinations on September 6, 2024, students with unpaid registration fees have until Monday, September 16, 2024, to settle their accounts.

The memo states that students who fail to pay their registration fees by the deadline will be required to defer their studies for the 2023/2024 second semester, as they will not be eligible to sit for the second semester examination.

In addition to the deadline extension, the university has directed the Director of ICT to compile a list of students with outstanding fees and forward it to the respective Deans and Heads of Departments for further action. The memo instructs the Director of ICT to "forward lists of students with outstanding payments to the respective Heads of Departments for onward transmission to the Head of Department for further necessary actions."

This move aims to ensure that all students are financially cleared and eligible to participate in the upcoming semester's activities. Students are advised to take necessary action to avoid any academic repercussions.
