In a remarkable achievement, young Xavier B from Fort Campbell has been honored with the prestigious title of the Boys & Girls Clubs of America’s 2023 National Military Youth of the Year, earning a substantial $42,000 scholarship for his university education.

Xavier, a resilient teen selected among five regional finalists from Boys & Girls Clubs of America-affiliated military Youth Centers, stood out for his exceptional qualities. His journey began with earning $22,500 in college scholarships through the state and regional levels of the Military Youth of the Year program. The National Youth of the Year title added an additional $20,000 for college, bringing Xavier's total scholarship amount to an impressive $42,500.
