Marlene achieved this feat by earning a master’s degree in Management and Finance with distinctions.

Marlene's academic journey has been characterized by excellence, having previously earned a bachelor’s degree in Accounting at Bindura University of Science, Zimbabwe. She continued her educational pursuits by obtaining a Master of Business Administration at the National University of Science and Technology, Zimbabwe, before achieving another master’s at the University of Sussex.

Her pursuit of a master’s at the University of Sussex was made possible through the prestigious United Kingdom Chevening Scholarship. Marlene not only earned distinctions in her business analysis report but also achieved an overall distinction in her master’s program.
