ZUBEB Honors Four School Head Teachers in Zamfara State

The Zamfara State Universal Basic Education Board (ZUBEB) has recognized the dedication and outstanding performance of three primary school Head Teachers and a Junior Secondary School Principal in the state. Professor Nasir Anka, the Executive Chairman of ZUBEB, presented awards to the recipients during a ceremony held at the board's headquarters in Gusau.

During the presentation, Professor Anka expressed his appreciation for the exemplary performance of the awardees, stating that he personally assessed their achievements during an unscheduled visit to their respective schools. He emphasized that the awards were intended to acknowledge their exceptional contributions and to motivate other teachers in the state.

Each awardee was presented with a fan, laptop, and science kits as a token of appreciation for their hard work and dedication to duty.

Professor Anka also revealed plans to establish an annual award program for Head Teachers and Junior Secondary School principals and teachers across the 14 local government areas of the state to further motivate and recognize their efforts.

He urged teachers in the state to continue supporting the administration of Governor Dauda Lawal and to pray for the fulfillment of his campaign promises for the development of Zamfara State.
