10,000 Indigent Students to Receive Free SSCE Registration in Edo State

Mr. Anamero Dekeri, the representative for Etsako Federal Constituency in the House of Representatives, announced yesterday in Benin City, the capital of Edo State, that 10,000 indigent students will receive free registration for next year’s Senior Secondary Certificate Examinations (SSCE).

The beneficiaries are spread equally across the state’s three senatorial districts. The initiative aims to eliminate financial barriers that often prevent deserving students from pursuing and achieving a quality education.

Dekeri explained the final modalities for the equitable distribution of the 10,000 WAEC forms that he had previously proposed to pay for indigent students in Edo State who are scheduled to sit for the examinations next year.
