23 year old Sets Record as Youngest PhD Graduate in Business Administration in US University, Earns Three Degrees in Five Years

23-year-old lady, Mikayla Raines has achieved significant achievement by becoming the youngest graduate to earn a Ph.D. in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina, while achieving three academic degrees in five years. Reflecting on her achievement, She emphasized the importance of inspiring and motivating other women to pursue their dreams.

23-year-old lady, Mikayla Raines has achieved significant achievement by becoming the youngest graduate to earn a Ph.D. in Business Administration at the University of North Carolina Charlotte in the United States, achieving three degrees in five years. 

Mikayla’s academic journey has been exceptional from the start. She earned her bachelor’s degree at the age of 18 and her master’s degree at 19, both from Fayetteville State University, United States.

Reflecting on her achievement, Mikayla shared that earning the doctorate was about more than just adding “Dr.” to her name; it made her feel empowered. She noted the diversity in her cohort, which included women from various backgrounds, races, and nationalities.

“Seeing women in the program, especially those who were also mothers, made a significant impact on me, I was amazed that these women took the time out of their busy lives to get the DBA. I was actually speechless. It showed me that I could be a mother and not stifle my dreams and aspirations.” she noted.

She emphasized the importance of inspiring and motivating other women to pursue their dreams, stating, “This degree is empowering, and little girls can see this as something that is obtainable. It is not only the men who can obtain a Ph.D. or a DBA. We can do it, too.”
